When GPS is off, a green "Turn on GPS" button now sits in the top bar. Tap it and the engine starts and follows your car.

Your cars list scrolls properly on touch screens. On a phone, use the arrows to reorder cars; on bigger touch screens, hold a car for a moment to drag it.
